Highly educated, experienced, and passionate about the science of orofacial physiology, our board-certified experts are trained in an array of therapeutic approaches for treating complex facial pain and sleep disorders.

Dr.Bradley Eli

Dr. Brad Eli

Dr. Eli is the founder of Facial Pain Specialists. With 30 years of academic and clinical experience, Dr. Eli is recognized as a national leader for his expertise and innovative approaches in understanding and treating orofacial pain.

Dr. Eli started his medical career in UCLA’s first class in Orofacial Pain Management. This new specialty in dental medicine provided him with the opportunity to integrate his deep knowledge of dental treatment with his passion for relieving suffering. After graduating from UCLA, he expanded his clinical and academic experience as a practitioner and adjunct professor at Loma Linda University Medical Center, the UCSD Department of Anesthesiology, and Scripps Memorial Hospital Pain Center.

Dr. Eli is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain. While he leads the entire practice, he works clinically primarily in our San Diego area offices.

Dr. Sachi Mehrotra

Dr. Mehrotra is an attending dentist with Facial Pain Specialists. She has a particular interest in bringing forward the most advanced technologies and utilizing those to bring relief to patients.

Dr. Mehrotra studied at the UCLA School of Dentistry, where she completed a two-year residency program in Orofacial Pain, serving as chief resident in her senior year. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain. She works in our San Diego area offices.

Dr. Harveen (Daisy) Radia

Dr. Radia is active in both academics and clinical practice. She is an attending dentist with Facial Pain Specialists and a faculty member at the UCLA School of Dentistry. She brings deep knowledge of and expertise in orofacial pain and sleep medicine to the community.

Dr. Radia completed her dental training in the accelerated BA/DDS program at the University of the Pacific. She practiced General Dentistry for over 15 years before completing two highly rigorous training programs in the field of Orofacial Pain: one at the University of Southern California, where she received her master’s in Orofacial Pain and Oral Medicine; and a two-year, full-time residency in Orofacial Pain and Dental Sleep Medicine at the UCLA School of Dentistry.

Dr. Radia is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain. She works in our
Los Angeles area offices.

Dr. Suzan Sabagh

Dr. Sabagh is an attending dentist at Facial Pain Specialists, where she uses her broad experience and training to help those suffering from complex orofacial pain conditions.

Beginning her training at the Damascus University School of Dentistry, Dr. Sabagh completed postgraduate studies in prosthodontics, the field of dentistry that deals with implants, jaw surgery, and other complex dental issues. She then came to the United States to complete dental training at the USC School of Dentistry, where she graduated first in her class. Her postgraduate training culminated at UCLA, where she completed a fellowship and board certification in Orofacial Pain.

Dr. Sabagh is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain and a member of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain. She works in our 
San Diego and Los Angeles area offices.

Dr. Savitha Siddappa

Dr. Siddappa’s passion for dentistry is reflected in her dedication to providing patients with state-of-the-art, minimally invasive procedures and evidence-based treatment strategies. She strives to improve the quality of life for her patients with great treatment outcomes.

Dr. Siddappa graduated from Boston University Dental School. There and in more than two decades of professional practice, she gained a broad knowledge of various fields of dentistry, but in treating orofacial pain disorders she found that these patients needed the most help. She returned to school to study the field in depth, receiving a master’s in Orofacial Pain and Oral Medicine from the University of Southern California.

Dr. Siddappa is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orofacial Pain and a member of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain. She works in the
 Los Angeles area offices.
